Abstract

Report and project evaluation of the Agricultural Project of Rural Development in East Cundinamarca, Colombia - discusses the success in terms of reorientation of agricultural research through field activity, agricultural extension techniques, and agricultural training; presents factors affecting adoption rates such as risk, agricultural marketing, agricultural credit and training; recommends the implementation of an agricultural policy which would permit the application of research results for the benefit of the small farmer.
