| Abstract: | Article on international trade commodity agreements on quotas and prices for price stabilization of commodities on which developing countries depend for their export earnings - discusses the need to protect primary producers from losses in export earnings resulting from price fluctuations in primary products, reporting in particular on the long sequence of events leading to the cocoa agreement. |
