Abstract

Report of an IDRC research project on consumer behaviour in grain consumption in Nigeria - presents research results on the survey of household characteristics and grain preferences, use of snack foods by the school age population, and food habits and child care practices; discusses implications of the study for public education of consumers, food processing, grain processing, the milling industry.
