Abstract: Video consists of four parts: part one (Global grassroots, ca. 20 min.) examines general economic and social development in the Third World; part two (Mozart in Managua, ca. 15 min.) examines the difficulties involved in being a professional classical musician in Nicaragua; part three (African in Escoumins, ca. 12 min.) examines the life of an immigrant from Benin who lives and works in Escoumins, Québec; part four (African convoy, ca. 5 min.) examines the process of transporting and distributing food throughout the Horn of Africa as part of the drought relief effort.
